Another World, Day 86
Today, in a village we protected from the Demon King’s Army, I found a food that looked familiar!
I’m pretty sure it’s a famous Japanese food ingredient.
A white, blocky, opaque jelly-like thing.
When I tried eating it, the texture was kind of like jelly too.
Rihto said, “It looks like tofu, but the texture and taste are more like konnyaku,” but tofu means rotten beans, right?
I don’t think it’s similar at all.
Then partway through, I remembered.
I’m pretty sure that white Japanese food was made from soybeans.
You do a bunch of stuff to them, put them in a box, and solidify them to make that white thing.
Which means it must be a dish made by putting beans into a container, so its name had to be natto!
So I praised the village food by saying, “It’s like natto and delicious!”
And then Rihto smacked me on the head.
Hmm... I still don’t accept that.
(E/N: I don't either! There's already natto!)

Another World, Day 93
We left the front lines because of reports that spies from the Demon King’s Army had infiltrated the kingdom.
Our destination was a village protecting the legendary dragon in this country, an Ancient Dragon called the Dragon God.
Apparently, the Demon King’s Army wants the Ancient Dragon.

Another World, Day 94
We found the spy targeting the Ancient Dragon easily enough.
Maybe because I had killed so many monsters, they hated me so much they couldn’t hide their emotions.
The job ended quickly, and since we had free time, I decided I might as well talk with the Ancient Dragon while I was there.
Rihito is too weak to come along, so I left him in the village.
The Ancient Dragon taught me lots of things.
Apparently, the maximum value for status is SSSSS.
Right now, I’m at SSSSS+.
Just a little more and I’ll reach the maximum.

Another World, Day 115
Today’s level-up brought a memorable event, so I’m recording it.
At long last, all of my stats finally reached SSSSS!
If what the Ancient Dragon said is true, and this is the maximum, then I’m really happy.
Maybe I’ve finally gained the raw strength needed to fight the Demon King.

Another World, Day 116
Since my stats seem to have maxed out, plans are finally starting to be made for fighting the Demon King.
Though really, Rihito always knows where the Demon King is.
All that’s left is going there and defeating him.
The people of the kingdom were talking about things like the Demon King’s Army using diversions, but I don’t think it matters much.
I’m way too strong now. Trash mobs can’t even wear me down.
Still, I can’t act on my own until the plan is finalized.
So I decided to spend the time before the final battle relaxing in a nearby town.
While wandering around town, a black-haired, black-eyed couple approached me carrying a baby.
Apparently, they wanted the true Hero, me, to name their child.
When it comes to great figures with black hair and black eyes, Ichiro Suzuki comes to mind.
A great Japanese man who became a baseball legend.
So I named the child Ichiro Suzuki.
I even explained the origin to the parents.
Though they probably wouldn’t understand baseball, so I just told them he was a legendary hero from my homeland.
Well, that’s not exactly wrong, so it’s fine.
(E/N: And they started naming every Prime Minister under Demon King, having black hair that name! 🤣)

Another World, Day 117
The plan’s been decided, so at last we’re heading out to defeat the Demon King.
But before that, Miyuki called me over.
When I went to see her, she said she wanted to draw my portrait.
I sat still for a while, and Miyuki stopped just before finishing it.
She told me she wanted to complete the picture, so I had to come back alive.
I absolutely will return.
Because I’m the true Hero.

Another World, Day 118
This is awful.
I talked with the Demon King while fighting.
And I learned many things for the first time.
The Demon King was also a Hero summoned from another world by the demon race.
He wasn’t from Earth, so his world was different.
But his circumstances were much the same.
What’s more, the demon race apparently made Heroes kill each other in order to create the strongest Hero, and the last survivor became the Demon King.
The Demon King said he kept fighting only because he didn’t want to die.
And one more horrible thing.
Apparently, when Heroes kill each other, they can steal the skills of the one they killed.
That’s why the Demon King was so monstrously strong, as if he had multiple cheat skills.
It was a fierce battle.
But I have «Arrange».
Not just my companions’ powers.
I also observed the Demon King’s cheat skills and reproduced what I could with «Arrange».
The longer we fought, the more the advantage shifted to me.
In the end, I won.
Which means I killed the Demon King and stole all of his skills.
On my status screen, there were now many skills besides «Arrange».
And this is something I’m still confused about even now.
The stats that were supposed to say SSSSS have somehow changed to ERROR.
What does this mean?
What has happened to me?
