I became afraid of myself, so I consulted my companions.
I told them that my status had become ERROR.
That I had inherited the Demon King’s skills and now possessed a huge number of cheat skills.
I even told them what the Demon King had said, that Heroes can steal cheat skills by killing each other.
Thinking about it now, maybe I shouldn’t have said any of that.
But at the time, I wasn’t calm.

The war ended, and we were told we could live in whatever land we liked.
The place that welcomed us most warmly was Waynesvale.
There’s no need to fight anymore.
From now on, I think I’ll make tofu and live peacefully.
I understand why the members of my party, Miyuki, Kaori, and Rihito, came to Waynesvale.
But I was surprised that the other five Heroes came too.
Maybe they just wanted to stay together with the surviving Heroes?

One of the Heroes attacked me while I was sleeping.
Thanks to a skill I got from the Demon King, I was able to counterattack automatically and escaped unharmed, but it was close.
Rihito interrogated them and got the reason out of them.
They wanted my skills.
With a huge number of cheat skills, maybe they could gain the power to return to Earth.
Even if not, they said these were skills anyone would desperately want if they hoped to live freely in this world.
I messed up.
Because I told them cheat skills could be stolen, this stupid conflict happened!
Rihito said it probably wasn’t just this one person.
That there would be many more who, clutching at straws and desperate to return to Earth, would come to kill me.
Why?
I only wanted to protect everyone.
Was becoming the true Hero really this difficult?

While talking with Rihito, I realized there might be people who would try to kill Heroes other than me too.
So we decided that, at the very least, we should protect the companions we could trust, and the four of us, Miyuki, Kaori, Rihto, and me, would stay together and act as a group.
But... I don’t want to believe it.
Kaori is nowhere to be found.
And the remaining four Heroes are missing too.
I have a bad feeling about this.

Another World, Day 123
Kaori wasn’t killed by the other Heroes.
She tried to kill me.
I’ve somehow calmed down now.
Kaori said that if she had a skill that could summon things from Earth, then maybe by combining it with «Arrange» and various other skills, it might be possible to turn it into a skill that could send things back to Earth.
And if that were possible, maybe we could return to Earth.
Honestly, what she was saying was absurd.
But I couldn’t deny Kaori’s desire to go home.
And Kaori told me something else.
That the other four Heroes were planning to massacre everyone in Waynesvale.
In other words, they figured they could kill me easily by taking the townspeople hostage.
When I heard that, I was so furious I thought I might collapse.
But now I’m calm.
As the true Hero, I know what I have to do.
But I’m so tired of this kind of fighting.
I wish this battle could be the last one.
