Konbini Ossan Volume 7 Chapter 22 — Explaining the Situation
I explained my recent circumstances and future plans to Yūki-kun.
I also told him that I intended to hire all of the Kanehama-group kids as executives within Otsugi Trading.
As things stand now, I am the head of a large corporation called Otsugi Trading, one that has grown into one of the most powerful organizations in the Runegard Kingdom.
It rivals even the nation’s most influential nobles, and the situation has changed drastically.
At this point, it would not be impossible to pull every single member of the Kanehama-group out of royal service.
“Then, Otsugi-san, I’ll speak to our classmates about it. At a later date, I’ll gather everyone and bring them to you.”
“That would be a great help. Then may I leave this matter in your hands, Matsuriya Yūki-kun?”
“Of course. Leave it to me!”
With that, I decided to entrust this matter to Yūki-kun for the time being.
“Well then, I’ll take my leave for today.”
“I see. Then until next time, Otsugi-san.”
“Yes. And also, may I take Joan-kun with me?”
“Eh? Me?”
Joan-kun looked startled when her name was suddenly mentioned.
“We’ll be getting married, after all. I need to go explain the situation. If possible, I’d like Joan-kun to come with me.”
“I see. In that case, there’s no problem. The procedure is already complete, so she should be able to return to everyday life without issue.”
“Then, Joan-kun. Will you come with me?”
“Okay!”
And so, with Joan-kun in tow, I left the royal palace.
After that, the first place I headed to was Arisa’s. The person I needed to explain things to first was, without question, Arisa, who was already my wife.
I told Arisa about Joan-kun’s circumstances, my thoughts on the matter, and that I intended to marry Maria-san, Shirley-san, and Marceline-san as well.
Arisa clutched her head and slumped forward.
“Haa… this is giving me a headache.”
“Sorry. I really do want to prioritize you, Arisa, but this one—”
“No, it’s not about the polygamy. I was already prepared for that. I mean, sure, there’s one unexpected addition now, but that’s fine too.”
She said that, then glared straight at me.
“How did you let it get this far?! SHe was so desperate she changed her sex! What were you even doing?! Are you stupid or what?!”
“Ah. That part, huh. Yeah… I know. I really do regret it. That’s exactly why I think I have to take responsibility.”
“Well, I get that. But it’s just way too shocking for my brain to keep up.”
Arisa let out a sigh, then looked over at Joan-kun.
“Well, I’m fine with it. I’ll accept it. The polygamy, and Joan too.”
“Really? Thank you, Arisa-nee!”
Joan-kun’s eyes sparkled as she broke into a joyful smile.
“But Joan, are you really okay with Yūichi? You won’t regret it?”
“Yeah! I’m okay!”
“Yūichi’s a pervert, you know. He might get even more wives and neglect you.”
“But that’s still way better than not being married.”
“And Yūichi’s di©k is huge, so your first time’s gonna hurt like hell.”
“Ugh… I-I’ll… I’ll do my best!”
“Then you’re good! I’m officially approving you, so hold your head high!”
Somehow, my physical secrets ended up getting exposed, but it looks like Arisa and Joan-kun will get along just fine.
At this rate, I suppose it’s time to go explain things to the remaining three as well.
