Even if they’re A-rank, the cap is still five. That means lower-ranked summons are basically useless.

I’d gained multiple new skills and raised dozens of others. No wonder high-rank monsters were falling in a single hit — the growth was obvious even without the numbers.

Next, I used my skill points to raise my highest priority skill, 【Subterfuge】.

Just one step away from the cap — level 10. So now came the question: once this hits the limit, what should I prioritize next?

I could boost growth using my Unique Skill, strengthen【Stealth】to unlock the ultimate job, or increase the utility of【Appraisal】to read hunter stats more deeply.


“Well, thinking too far ahead won’t help. The best choice will depend on the situation at the time.”


After wrapping up my status check, it seemed like a good time for dinner, so I headed to the living room.
