Konbini Ossan Volume 1 Chapter 6 – The Cheat of Cheats
“Now then, I shall first bestow Unique skills that stand above even the cheat skills, firstly — the title called [Hero].”
[Hero] title, huh? Sounds strong.
“This is the central power in the Hero Summoning ritual. It’s one of the titles that integrate all cheat abilities into one—the ultimate of ultimate cheats.
…
Among these, the title [Hero] is particularly special. If nurtured properly, the user could potentially stand against the Demon King’s army alone.”
The high schoolers stir with excitement.
Getting the [Hero] title is basically like being handed a safety guarantee in the new world they’re heading to. Of course, everyone wants it.
“Now, I shall grant the [Hero] title. Keiichi Kanehama-san, please raise your hand.”
“T-That’s me!”
The one who raised his hand was the very boy who had been the only one to protest the Hero Summoning earlier.
I see. With his strong sense of justice, calm judgment, and ability to take initiative, he’s the perfect fit for a Hero.
He realized the danger right away and spoke out—not just for himself, but likely for the sake of his classmates as well.
A fitting choice.
“Then, Keiichi Kanehama—I pray that your path will be a fortunate one.”
As the goddess spoke, Kanehama’s body was enveloped in light. When it faded, he was already gone.
“Keiichi Kanehama has now been transferred. As I grant each skill, the individual will be sent to the other world immediately.”
The goddess explained the process. Makes sense. It’s efficient, and avoids stirring up trouble due to differences in granted skills.
Even in this white space, they’ll appear in the new world with some time lag. Sending them off one by one will help prevent conflict between the summoned.
The goddess seems quite competent.
“Next, I shall grant the [Saint] title. Saori Mimori-san.”
“T-That’s me!”
The girl who raised her hand was the same one who had kindly spoken to me during lunch today.
She was a sweet girl. The gentle-sounding title of [Saint] suits her well.
“The [Saint] title specializes more in healing and support magic than the Hero. I pray that your path will be a fortunate one.”
As the goddess repeated the same farewell, Saori Mimori was also wrapped in light and vanished.
She’s a good person. I hope she’s treated well wherever she ends up.
“Next, the [Sword Saint] title. It specializes in sword techniques and close-quarters combat even more than the [Hero] title. This will go to Youta Toudou-san.”
“That’s me!”
The one who raised his hand was a boy with a shaved head.
I recognized him—he comes to the convenience store every morning to buy bread.
He’s probably passionate about club activities and practices every morning. I’ve seen him so often at dawn that I remember his face.
“I pray that your path will be a fortunate one.”
And with that, Toudou-kun was also transferred to the other world.
“Lastly, the final of the Hero title skills: the [Sage] title. This one is focused more on offensive magic than the [Hero] title. It will go to Yuuki Matsuriya-san.”
“Seems that would be me.”
The one who raised his hand was a boy with glasses, looking quite intellectual. I don’t recall seeing him at the store, so I don’t know what kind of student he is.
“I pray that your path will be a fortunate one.”
And so, Matsuriya-kun also vanished into the other world.
It seems that the Hero title skills have now all been distributed.
In other words, these four are likely the main players in the story.
They all seem like good kids, so I hope things go well for them. Even now, I quietly pray for their safety.

E/N:
Understand that in the original, Hero is initially mentioned as title then it is mentioned as skill. Isn't that confusing?
So I took the liberty to change them to titles. My guess would be, the title itself grants multiple. And this way, we can distinguish them from normal cheats in the upcoming chapters.
