Once I finished drawing the magic circle on Arisa’s stomach, it was my turn next. Watching myself in the mirror, I carefully completed it.
With that done, it was finally time to activate the magic circles.

With the explanation finished, Arisa and I looked at each other and nodded.
“All right, let’s begin.”

Arisa and I placed our hands on the magic circles drawn on each other’s stomachs and began channeling mana.
Then, the magic circles started to glow. Both of our stomachs emitted light, which gradually seeped inward, fading as though it were sinking into our bodies.
When the light vanished completely, the skill sharing was complete.
“Amazing…”
Arisa was the first to murmur.
“I feel you so close, Yuichi. I can tell what you’re like. It’s like you’re touching me even though you’re not, like the inside of my chest is warm. It’s such a strange feeling.”
She said this with a blissful smile. In truth, I was feeling the same sensation. It seemed the skill sharing had succeeded without issue.

“Yeah. So now you can use the same skill as me, Yūichi… «Calculator», right?”
“Yeah. And you should be able to use the skills I have too.”
“Wait, seriously?!”
Arisa’s eyes immediately lit up, and she asked excitedly.
“Then does that mean I can use that black, super-dangerous-looking stuff you used in the duel the other day too?!”

Since she looked pleased, it was safe to say the sharing of my skills had gone smoothly.
Next, it was my turn to use Arisa’s skill, «Calculator».

Arisa struck a confident pose, flexing as if showing off a muscle.
“Okay, here goes.”
I focused and activated «Calculator».
In an instant, information flooded into me.
There was none of the strain I’d felt back when I used enhancement magic. My brain properly received and retained the answers derived by «Calculator».
At the same time, I looked toward Arisa.
Arisa was looking straight back at me.
Both of us wore expressions of deep shock.
“I never thought it would turn out like this.”
“Yeah.”
We exchanged those words and nodded.
Because the moment I used «Calculator», my thoughts and the conclusions it produced flowed directly into Arisa as well.
And likewise, Arisa’s thoughts and calculated answers flowed straight into me.
In other words, when «Calculator» was activated while skill sharing was in effect, even our thoughts themselves could be directly shared.
