Soul Devourer Chapter 8 Episode 20 — Three Days of Passion, Then Russia

From the establishment where I had received Jin’s hospitality, I had taken home two women who possessed both beauty and strength close to S-Rank.
At the finest hotel I had hastily secured, we spent passionate nights. Since we were all Hunters, we had more stamina than ordinary people.
And when you are accomplished Hunters, that stamina was considerable. As a result, we ended up passionately seeking each other for 3 days straight, without stopping.
Around noon on the 3rd day, I woke up. I showered off the sweat and got myself ready. The noise woke the two women as well, and they took turns showering before getting ready themselves.
“It was a very enjoyable time.”
“So was it for me.”
“Please come visit the establishment again. If it’s Hunter Matsubara, I’ll gladly accept an invitation from you anytime.”
“Thank you.”
Afterward, we left the room and completed the checkout procedure at the front desk on the 1st floor.
Outside, I hailed two taxis, ushered the women in one, and saw them off. With the warmth of our farewell still lingering, I got into the other taxi.
Relying on the translation app on my phone, I told the driver our destination and headed for Beijing Capital International Airport.
After this, I was heading to Russia.
Then why am I not using【Void Magic】, integrated into【Axiom】, to get there, you ask?

After approximately 8 hours, I arrived in Russia’s capital, Moscow.
I underwent another body and baggage inspection, passed through the gate, and set foot in Moscow after quite some time.
Once I left the airport, I used【Void Magic】and teleported to the entrance of the Hunter Guild Headquarters.
I passed through the automatic doors and spoke to the receptionist working at the counter.
Receptionists being equipped with《Language Translation Earrings》was standard, so there was no problem speaking to her normally.
“…Excuse me.”
“Yes. How may I hel-?! H-Hunter Matsubara!? Ah! I apologize. How may I assist you?”
She was extremely surprised, but her ability to switch gears so quickly was impressive.
“I’d like to speak with the Guildmaster.”
“Understood. Please wait a moment.”
Saying that, the receptionist spoke into the microphone extending from her ear. After finishing her exchange, she stood up and began guiding me.
We took the elevator to the top floor and headed toward the Guildmaster’s office.
**knock, knock, knock!**
“Guildmaster. I have brought Hunter Matsubara.”
“Come in.”
The receptionist pushed open the door and gestured for me to enter. As I entered, Guildmaster Donato stood up from his chair, walked over to me, and offered his hand for a handshake.
After we shook hands, he gestured for me to sit on one of the sofas in the reception area. Once I sat down, Mr. Donato spoke.
“We have also heard of Hunter Matsubara's exploits.”
“Exploits?”
“Your single-handed defeat of America.”
“Ah……well, there were various circumstances……”
“I thought as much. Otherwise, you wouldn’t have been able to make the decision to go to war with America. Even so, it was good news for us.”
“Japan and Russia originally formed an alliance with America’s plans for world domination in mind. As a result of its conflict with me, America no longer possesses that power.”
“Exactly. Furthermore, knowing that we are allied with Hunter Matsubara, who defeated America single-handedly, gives us considerable reassurance as well.”
“We feel the same way.”
“Let us continue building a good relationship with each other. Now then, shall we get down to business? What brings you to Russia?”
“I’d like to conquer Russia’s SS-Rank Dungeon. So far, I’ve conquered the SS-Rank dungeons in Japan, America, and China.”
“A-As expected……You’ve already conquered the SS-Rank dungeons of 3 countries. Of course, you have our permission to conquer our nation’s SS-Rank dungeon as well.”
“Thank you. By the way, has the SS-Rank dungeon already been conquered?”
“Yes. Ekaterina successfully conquered it. If you wish, shall I provide you with information about the monsters?”
When I was in America, I had checked the types of monsters just to be safe, but with my current strength, there was no need to be that cautious.

We exchanged a brief greeting upon our reunion and got into the back seat of the car. Ivan settled into the driver’s seat as well and started the engine.
The car quietly pulled away and set off toward the SS-Rank dungeon.
