Konbini Ossan Volume 4 Chapter 19 — A Promise Between Disciples
“When you’re done talking, let’s get to the main topic.”
Once my conversation with Shuri-kun settled, Yuuki spoke up.
“The main topic? I already asked Shuri-kun to help support coordination between the heroes and me, didn’t I?”
“That’s not it! Otsugi-san, you made a promise to me before, didn’t you?”
A promise… Oh, right. I recall now — I told him that once he could truly be recognized as feminine, I’d “do what needed to be done.”
We were interrupted back in the dining hall before that talk could continue, but it seems he hadn’t forgotten.
“Well then, Otsugi-san. Surely, I’m more than enough now, right? Attractive, aren’t I? I should be sexier and more beautiful than any half-hearted woman.

Don’t you think it’d be natural to want to hold someone like me?”
“Uh, well, if you’re asking whether I could, then… yes, I suppose I could.”
When I said that, Yuuki’s eyes sparkled.
“But, the problem is your voice. If it kills the mood in the middle of the act, I’d feel terrible about it.”
“Th-that’s true… I’d be quite shocked myself if that happened.”
When I turned him down, Yūki visibly slumped in disappointment.
“Alright then! I guess it’s time for me to lend a hand!”
Shuri-kun suddenly jumped in.
“Oh, Shuri-kun. You have an idea?”
“Fufufu. It’s simple, Otogin. Matssun just has to use magic to mess with your perception. Alter your hearing so Matsun’s voice sounds perfectly feminine.

Then you won’t be distracted by the voice during the act, right?”
“I-I see! As expected of my master!”
Yuuki praised Shuri-kun with almost divine reverence.
“Then it’s settled! I still need to learn the spell and prepare, but when I’m ready, I’ll come pick you up, Otsugi-san!”
“Understood.”
“When that time comes, please — do whatever you like with me and my body!”
“I-I’ll look forward to it.”
When someone desires it that earnestly, it’s hard to refuse.
Besides, Yuuki’s body has a different kind of feminine allure than Shuri-kun’s — a narrow waist, a round, full rear.
You could say it’s a body made to be embraced. Honestly, I can’t deny I’m quite curious myself.
“Mm, good, good. It’s nice when my disciples get along so well.”
Shuri-kun nodded repeatedly, mumbling in satisfaction.
“Um, Shuri-kun. I can’t help but feel it’s a bit insincere to be involved with multiple people at once.”
“Isn’t it a bit late to say that?”
That hit me — and left me speechless. Right. I’ve already flirted with several women and even have three lovers. By the world’s standards, that’s exactly the kind of man I am.
“Mm-hmm. Seems like you understand yourself pretty well, huh?”
“Yes… It’s rather embarrassing.”
“Nah, it’s fine. If you didn’t have that much drive, none of us would’ve followed you in the first place. Right, Matssun?”
“Yes, Master. If it’s Otsugi-san, I’m sure he’ll prepare a place for us to return to. Without a doubt!”
It seems Yuuki holds me in far higher regard than I ever imagined.
In truth, I’m not that capable. But if they expect that much of me — then I’ll just have to live up to it.
